The e-up! drives remarkably well, probably due to the lower centre of gravity.

I still think North America would benefit from having the up! as a Mirage/Micra/Spark competitor.

It wouldn’t hurt. I’m in Europe now and have seen quite a few parked on the side of the road. Size-wise it is a little smaller than the Mirage and very similar to the Spark. Overall quality isn’t great, but seems about equal with the new Spark and better than the pre-facelift Mirage. The interior has a big hunk of glossy plastic that is a decent way of giving the cheap car interior a bit of classing up... I think I’d rather see the Polo first though to compete in the Fiesta/Sonic size class. I’d love to have the Polo GTI as a competitor to the FiST.
